The driver never even approached the vehicle to see if anything could be done.

When I arrived, I found the missing tire in the back seat. The customer had been traveling westbound on I-70 at the first tunnel before Idaho Springs when the wheel came off due to loose lugs.

Thankfully, no one was injured, but this shows why it’s important to take a few extra minutes to assess the situation properly.
A quick check can prevent further damage, save time, and show customers that we truly care about their safety and vehicle.
